Animal Kingdom: Compassion for All Living Beings

The Animal Kingdom program honors the sacred lives of our animal companions and wildlife, recognizing that a truly divine world includes care and justice for all sentient beings. In NDG, animals are not afterthoughts—they are beloved members of our community and powerful teachers of love, loyalty, and presence.

This program includes the creation of community-based sanctuaries, adoption networks, and no-kill shelters where animals receive care, healing, and the dignity they deserve. We work to prevent cruelty, neglect, and abandonment through education, community patrols, and strong partnerships with veterinarians and rescue organizations.

Children and families will be invited to learn about empathy and stewardship through hands-on animal care programs, farm visits, and spiritual teachings about our connection with all life. In partnership with Windmill Point Farm and others, animals will become part of our healing spaces, helping people with trauma, loneliness, and grief rediscover joy and trust.

Animal Kingdom also supports policies that promote ethical treatment of animals, plant-based food options, and sustainable living that honors biodiversity. In the world God envisions, every creature is protected and cherished—and through this program, NDG becomes a place where that truth is lived out daily.
