Transforming Our Community Through Love – Heaven on Earth by 2030

Preamble

We, the people of Notre-Dame-de-Grâce (NDG), guided by the belief that every person is a divine creation and every life sacred, commit ourselves to a bold and beautiful vision: to transform our community into Heaven on Earth by the year 2030. Through love, collaboration, and the pursuit of best practices in every area of human and animal life, we declare our shared mission to create a peaceful, joyful, abundant, and sustainable future for all.

Core Principles

1. Love as Our Foundation
   All actions and decisions will be guided by love—unconditional, inclusive, and transformative.
2. Sacred Value of All Life
   Every human and animal life is sacred and deserves dignity, safety, compassion, and care.
3. Unity in Diversity
   We celebrate all cultures, faiths, identities, and abilities as unique expressions of the divine.
4. Spiritual Alignment
   We honour God’s guidance, welcoming divine wisdom as we build a community that reflects Heaven on Earth.

• Supporting and uplifting each other through life’s seasons.

Governance and Leadership

• Establish the NDG Council for Community Transformation: A diverse group of spiritual leaders, educators, elders, youth, artists, scientists, and citizens.
• Decision-making will be inclusive, consensus-based, and spiritually guided.
• Transparency, accountability, and humility are expected from all leaders.

Our Declaration

With full hearts, clear minds, and divine intention, we, the people of NDG, declare our collective commitment to building a loving, just, abundant, and awakened community. We will be a beacon of hope, a prototype for global transformation, and a living testimony to what is possible when people come together in love.
